ok... so yest, the pw groups were released. im contented with my group... heh. they consist of (by alphabetical order):

esther - maybe we can pick up some MOMENTUM from her bike? ahhaa... lame
john - ponstar with innovative ideas
tiffany - can share the tcm ideas. lol
sin hwee - can build on the ideas

and of course, me!
i suppose my grp is ok lah.. only gripe is that we live in areas spread apart lah!!! ahha, but i guess it shldnt be too much of a prob.

well... today... the interview. was quite terok. was grilled by mr chow. now im grilled and roasted. argh, the more i think abt it, the more paranoid i get. well, i only ask for God's will.
have to step up on trng...

arsenal are thru to the finals of the Champs League in paris. yay!... see the uncanny resemblence?

yep, it was just another day at school. tests, tutorials, lectures, cca... all what school is defined as. was kinda disappointed cos our J1 mini-comp in CEDANS (haha, did i spell it correctly? =p) was cancelled as the focus for this month in the ARC was the positioning and intensive practice. anw, wasnt that big of a deal. so the lecture test was fairly "do-able". there were some tough questions, ya, but there were relatively easy ones too. just pray i'd pass. matt long sprained or twisted his left pinky while playing capts ball. haha.. very corny. my braces cut my lips when daniel threw the ball and his my face. haha. oh well... ahmad was mad.

today was awesome. we had only 2hrs 20 mins of lessons to attend to. lets fast forward a bit to 1.30 pm today... argh, so much to blog my eyes feel like closing.
1.30pm....
we reported at the hall , as obedient as always... only to find out that we had to go straight to the track (i have a strong inclination it was a scam to make us go to the hall). anw... so we arrived at the track... the Lynx area was very small cos Phoenix, confined to the end of the grandstand,
decided to move nearer the middle. so 06S38 ended up on the floor. not that im complaining... we had a good view of the race in fact.
first up was the mascot race. phoenix came in first but their mascot wasnt exactly a mascot, as u can see from the picture. so they were disqualified. lynx came in 2nd... whoo hoo!
the cheer leading was ok i guess... aquilla and pegasus were the best, i think... but i dont like the aquilla outfits. heh. lynx did a good job.
amanda came in a respectable 8th... haha, im not sacarstic here... to be in the finals, u must be of some standard, leh. haha. really sry amanda, i didnt get a pic of u running cos i took the pic at the wrong moment. meaning... i took the pic, and there u zoomed past aft 3secs. ahha. sry. =p

then came the intermission...
the guys, and jia hao, decided to trick the mascot. we told him to take a "pic" (my cam was set to vid mode then) with us. so we posed and then at the count of 3, brought him to the ground and taupoked him.. hhaha, ouch... it was hilarious.!!!!!!!!!!!! too bad i cant up/l the footage.
then we decided to taupok the pegasus mascot, the horse with abs! haha... jason and tim thought that the person was actually thier guy fren... haha... den tim started puching the mascot lightly! a horse punching a horse! hahahahahhahaha... we did the same trick on the horse with abs! this time, we successfully managed to bring it down, but as we were ready for the tau pok, 2 pegasus gals said "stop it, stop it, its a girl!". we were all shocked lah.. hahahahahahha... imagine if we had gone in for the taupok... fortunately it didnt happen. still, it was an embarrassing but sheepish mistake.
then the caterpillar race came... i took part and guess what? we were last... but had great fun slowly strolling (even that is a word not slow enough... hmmm... caterpillaring instead?). we did the "shamless" chants too... haha, mr chow got so fussed up cos we took our time. we even posed at the 50m mark for a photo. haha
overall i think the lynx gals did well... but i was surprised that they didnt win the Girls' champion for the house. sigh.... aquilla still leads... by a lot this time....

so i rushed down to meet my fellow [surf]2 -ers at wheelock. we went to fish&Co. instead of nydc. was a very pleasant meal and great fellowship. kevin fell for the exothermic reaction trick... hehehhehehe...

yes, two of the teams i support ended up victorious - in style. Arsenal drew with Juventus early this morning in Turin. that meant tt they would feature in the semis cos they progress 2-0 on aggregate. was wanting to support my beloved club... but decided to sleep on cos had a tiring day ahead of me. well, kinda sad cos just read tt Pires is moving to Villireal, arsenals' next opponents on the Champs League.
VJC soccer team beat MI 2-1. it was raining just before the match, so i thot they would postpone for the 3rd time. haha... but it didnt. well, congrats to the yellows, or watever we are called.

Haha. i guess i do look like a seahorse... to a certain degree.
anw... let me summarise the events of the typically LONG Day at school - Tuesday..
hmmm... i got back the chinese test.. boy, i wasnt surprised to see red marks filling the page. sheesh. thats bad... i failed, yet again.
2 more subjs and it'll be one clean sheet for me. haiz. tests all coming up soon... they just keep poping up one after another.. at least i noe they are beneficial....
Aft lessons, stayed back for javelin. was tired... matthew too. but we just stayed on for a while. then we were told tt it was cancelled... Errrrrrrrrrrrrrrr... +_+".
haha, so we ended up just practicing throwing the javelin. my throws were low tho. nth compared to the trackers there. scary. jason was the funniest. on his first throw, the end of the jav hit the back of his head. OUCH! haha. yes, i can imagine.
so i'll see how i fare on fri. Enzymes, the topic is. k, gtg digest some work now. haha

Hi everyone! Presenting to you... Life 180°!

What's this?
this is a movie-cum-play production which my friends and i have been working on for the past few wks. im acting in it... both during the movie and live. haha. Therefore, opening up the invitation for everyone i know to come. I NEED YOUR SUPPORT. just dont make me laugh that's all =P. its a short production... about 45 mins max. scroll down for details! ADMISSION IS FREE! (this is not an april fools' joke). its very interesting... so i shldn't spoil the fun by giving a synopsis.

Below is the ticket which i'll be handing to yall... (pretty neat, eh?)

When is it?
tho the ticket says 15th, its actually on the 14th (fri) and 15th (sat) of april '06. I hope we can go as a class tho. Perhaps fri the 14th? well, we'll work sth out... anyway, the production starts around 7. REFRESHMENTS PROVIDED! will end by say at most 8.30. that shld be give u adequate time to reach home not too late i think.

the whole screening its at my church, Gospel Light Christian Church. there's a list of bus no.s on the right of the image up there. nearest mrt is NEWTON. yup... red line...

How much?
its free!!!!!!! everything. from the seating down to the refreshments. u can even go down in the vj uniform. (cos there will be many pple who will probably wear sch uniforms too)

[ [April Fools' Day] ]

first it was econs. then bio. then chem. add the chinese test (havent received it yet) and it'll spell my failing streak in topical tests. lest u think this is a blatant attempt at making ab april fools' joke... im telling u it is true. i have only not failed gp and maths. yes, im sad... not really proud of it... but i guess i'll have to try harder next time, esp with midyrs coming up in a few mths =].

oh, today's morning assembly was interesting. evan said the pledge in tamil, the CO and strings played an unco-ordinated anthem, and we heard an awful but entertaining rendition of the college anthem. haha. all in the name of fun.
ok, that's all for now... have to go for rifle (or rather pistol) training ltr... byebye

oh, lost 2 is super cool... uve gotta watch it! catch it on 5!
